You can make an enquiry without a diagnosis or referral. The consultation helps us discuss your needs and whether our service is suitable. If you think you may have depression or an anxiety disorder, speak with your GP as well.
Yes. The 15-minute introductory phone call is free. It is a conversation with Lavender Therapy to discuss your options, rather than a therapy session or an appointment with a selected therapist.
Current listed fees: £24–£55. Fees vary by therapist and session length. Check the fee, duration and availability before booking.
Yes. Choose your preferred contact method in the enquiry form and we will use it to respond. This is for arranging support; ongoing therapy by message is not included or automatically booked.
They are different services. Sarah Jane is listed here for CBT-informed life coaching. Discuss the provider’s approach, training and suitability for your needs before deciding. Coaching is not a substitute for treatment of a mental health condition.
You agree the format with your chosen provider, usually meeting by video from a private space. The first session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and how you might work together.
Therapy may form part of your support, but our enquiry form is not a diagnosis or medical assessment. Keep your GP involved where appropriate. Read more about depression and anxiety on the NHS website.
This is not an urgent response service. If you need urgent support, find urgent mental health help through the NHS.
You don’t need to know all the answers. Take a little time to talk about your options.
